Back to The Front (haha)

Ok, so you've heard a lot about Gangbusters lately, but lets not forget our original home The Front Gallery, Lyneham, where the art, coffee and Coopers is fresh.

Expect to see by the year out Laura Jean, Jen Cloher, Grand Salvo, Woelv, Lloyd & Michael, Land What Land, Ninetynine and Teeth & Tongue. We're going to try and make this as awesome as possible by hosting a BBQ for each show, should be exciting!

Keep your eyes on the show listing for more details.

Assassins

Assassins

“Assassins”, a.k.a. Go-Go Second Chance virgins, Wilkes Booth, and Chroma-Key Death Bot, is the collaboration of Drums (Golden Buoy, Mankilled, Deventure) and Bass (Are the Brave All Dead, Deventure).

They’re as loud as fuck and must be experienced live without earplugs. In a change from bland Nu-Rave, “Assassins” is raw power energy. It’s Lo-Fi High Frequencies- stabbing your eardrums out. You don’t need to wear 3D glasses or recite Boosh to enjoy it. The schizophrenic drums and chameleon bass sits on its own in the corner.

While still in its baby days, the band continues to expand its sound and plan releases under the Super 16 Collective. “Assassins” has supported bands REALIZED (JAP), DAD THEY BROKE ME (MELB), FROM THE SOUTH (LOCAL), and are the kid brothers of THE FIGHTING LEAGUE and JONNY TELEFONE.
